The Role
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Professional and friendly demeanor - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus - Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is an advantage
About the company
Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel. Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role.
