Social Media Marketing Executive

We're looking for someone who's a creative thinker and able to brainstorm fresh ideas on the fly, as well as a strategic planner who can craft campaigns that achieve real results.

As our Social Media and Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for managing our brand's social media channels, crafting content that resonates with our parent audience, and driving engagement across all platforms. You'll also have the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team of parenting experts, collaborate with influencers and content creators, and help shape the future of our brand's footprint online and offline.

Creativity: Must be able to generate new ideas for content and campaigns that will engage and resonate with the target audience. This involves taking videos featuring people, events, and products.

Knowledge of social media platforms: A solid understanding of popular social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok is crucial.

Analytics skills: The ability to analyze social media metrics and track the success of campaigns is essential in order to make data-driven decisions.

Teamwork: Be able to work collaboratively with a team of other professionals, content creators, and designers to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Flexibility: The ability to adapt quickly to changes in the market and emerging trends is critical in a fast-paced industry like social media and marketing.

Bachelor's degree: Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience with graphic design and video editing software: Experience with graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
