- Initiates patient assessment and approves multidisciplinary plan of care.
- Follows -up of chronic health problems.
- Participates in health care education for patients and families.
- Treatment of acute non-life-threatening conditions.
- Early detection and referral to specialized care patients with serious diseases.
- Communicates with case coordinators, referral physicians.
- Participates in home healthcare bi-annual self-assessment tool.
- Participates in Preventive health care including health education and immunization.
- Promote and instill adherence to policies and procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality of all information acquired from the company.
- Initiates and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
- Ordering diagnostic tests as needed, checking and informing patients of results as per clinics procedure.
- Documenting all care provided and education/information given to patients within their health record, as per clinics procedure
- Maintaining professional knowledge and standards through continuing medical education and personal professional development.
- Having a working knowledge of legislation and standards of General Practice.
- Collaborating in relation to rosters and providing cover to ensure patients’ needs are met.
- Working constructively and harmoniously with all staff to ensure patients receive optimal care.
- Involvement in practice accreditation activities.

**Contract Duration**
- This employment contract will be under the company’s sponsorship for a period of two (2) years renewable with mutual consent at the end of the first contract and renewal for additional two (2) years thereafter. Al Joud Health Health Care has the right to terminate the employee’s contract upon failure to meet required company standards, including performance, behavioural and ethical ideals immediately without any financial obligation on its part except as required under United Arab Emirates Law.

**Probation Period**
- During the probation period, the employee’s services can be terminated without prior notice and will not receive end of service entitlement.

**Annual Leave & End of Services**
- In Accordance to the UAE Labour Law.

**Termination of Services**
- The Employment agreement can be terminated by either party, by giving three (3) months prior notice.
