**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Supervise a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex issues as needed.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.
- Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or enhancements to existing systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and develop solutions to meet those requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR or HIPAA.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an IT department.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and IT best practices.
