- Book meeting rooms for in-person interviews
- Posting vacancies on the relevant recruitment channels
- Maintain data accuracy and reporting within the ATS (Workday)
- Partner with central marketing team to build content for our careers page and social channels
- Manage central TA team folders and documents
- Provide support to TA team in other capacities as needed
**THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED**
- Previous administrative experience supporting multiple individuals—ideally in an internal talent function or recruitment agency
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and complete projects with attention to detail and to tight deadlines
- Experience coordinating interviews both virtually and in-person
- Experience managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work in a busy, fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Strong team player that has a customer service approach and is solution oriented
- Experience with the Workday ATS is beneficial but not essential
