Socialize is looking for an exceptional creative coder to join our agency. Reporting to our Creative Technologist, you'll be working on delivering AR filters, interactive apps, Games and other innovative digital experiences for our clients.

You will need proven experience in coding and creating interactive experiences. You will need to be a problem solver that finds solutions to challenges and can demonstrate a good understanding of how we can leverage the strengths of different technologies. We're looking for a great communicator too, that can just as easily explain their ideas and processes to techy and non-techy people alike. It is important that you're results-oriented and actively looking to work at the intersection where creativity and technology meet.

We're also looking for experience/Knowledge in:
Must:

- Developing AR filters using Spark AR Lens Studio or Effect House
- Creating AR/VR experiences.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented & Reactive Programming
- Knowledge in Unity 3D / Unreal Engine.
- Good knowledge of git.

Good to have:

- Knowledge of phaser.js, pixi.js, p5.js or three.js
- Metaverse platform like Decentraland, Sandbox Etc.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design

And looking for the following skills:

- Ability to write clean, functional code.
- Conceptualizing and communicating interactive concepts effectively.
- Coordinating closely with teams from conception to launch.
- Ability to use Adobe Photoshop and AfterEffects
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
- Great attention to detail
- An analytical mind
