uniCare Medical Centre, a JCI-accredited healthcare facility dedicated to providing exceptional care, is seeking a compassionate and skilled **Speech Therapist** to join our multidisciplinary team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in children and adults.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor progress and adapt therapy plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to improve communication skills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with JCI standards and UAE healthcare regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology or a related field.
- DHA license or eligibility as a Speech Therapist in Dubai.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years preferred) in assessing and treating speech and language disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Arabic) is an advantage.
