**Job Description**:

- Must be able to prepare accurate detailed drawings related to Civil works, Inter Design details and Landscape
- Prepare as built drawings based on collated as built measurements
- Prepare 3D Concept design - 3DS Max + VRAY
- Prepare Detailed Shop drawings
- Prepare Client submission drawings and tender drawings
- Develop interior and exterior elevations, RCP, Floor Plans and section details with mínimal supervision
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and supervisors during implementation and execution stage.
- Coordinate with Designers and Quantity Surveyors on each project
- Provide assistance to lead designers in coordinating with suppliers
- Provide design drafting skills of a high quality and efficient output for all project work undertaken.
- Provide CAD skills and knowledge both 2D and where appropriate 3D.
- Participate in technical audits of projects and studies when appropriate.
- Participate in reviews and development of departmental procedures and work methods.
- Interface with Lead Designer/ Project Manager to ensure CAD deliverable schedule is being met and budget is on track.
- Ensure compliance with company QA and HSE procedures.
- Review Building codes and check for accuracy with local standards on all projects
- Record lessons learned and Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) to assist in improved company systems and services.
- Help ensure efficiency and quality by producing drawings and sketches consistent with good engineering practice
- Liaise directly when instructed with Project Engineers on installation drawings and sketches
- Communicate with other Designer/Draftsmen to ensure knowledge sharing, best practice and competence

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Interior Design: 5 years (required)
