Cashier/teller

We are looking for a Cashier/Teller to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently.

Cashier responsibilities include receiving payments and issuing receipts, and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate. Ultimately, you’ll ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
- Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Issue receipts, refunds and track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.

**Requirements and skills**
- Minimum 3 years work experience as a Cashier/Teller in a similar role would be a plus.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant filed is preferred.
