We are seeking an exceptionally charming and multilingual individual to join our real estate team as a Sales Representative at our kiosk in Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for attracting potential real estate clients and fostering relationships to drive sales in Dubai Vibrant Real Estate.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attract and engage potential clients visiting the kiosk through exceptional communication skills and a captivating personality.
- Utilize fluency in 4-5 languages (including English and Arabic) to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
- Showcase available real estate properties with enthusiasm and professionalism, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized attention and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with proficiency in 2-3 additional languages preferred.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

- Real Estate: 1 year (preferred)
