**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prompt processing of incoming inquiries from the Company's advertising channels.
- Identification of clients’ needs and formation of commercial solutions for them.
- Conducting showings of properties and closing transactions, ensuring repeat referrals and recommendations.
- Formation of workflow in accordance with effective regulations of the company.
- Working on tasks in CRM system.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Selection of objects and holding meetings with Clients both in the Company's office and via video conference.
- Conducting the transaction until the moment of payment by the Client, organizing a meeting with the client in Dubai in our Company.

**ОБЯЗАННОСТИ**:

- Оперативная обработка входящих обращений из рекламных каналов Компании.
- Выявление потребности клиентов и формирование коммерческих решений для них.
- Проведение показов объектов и закрытие сделок, обеспечение повторных обращений и рекомендаций.
- Формирование рабочего процесса в соответствии с эффективными регламентами компании.
- Работа по задачам в CRM системе.
- Выстраивание долгосрочных отношений с клиентами и партнёрами.
- Подбор объектов и проведение встреч с Клиентами, как в офисе Компании, так и по видеоконференции.
- Ведение сделки до момента оплаты Клиентом, организации встречи с клиентом в Дубае в нашей Компании.
