**Responsibilities**:
Typing and formatting various documents, including reports, memos, letters, and other correspondence.

Transcribing audio recordings or handwritten notes into digital format.

Ensuring accuracy and consistency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Proofreading documents to detect and correct errors before finalizing.

Organizing and maintaining digital and physical files in an orderly manner.

Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Performing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Typist or similar role, with a strong typing speed and accuracy.

Proficiency in using word processing software such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs.

Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.

Effective time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members as needed.

Experience with transcription and data entry is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in typing or office administration is preferred.
