**Responsibilities**
- Responsible to study the tender documents (BOQ, drawings & specifications) and float enquires to suppliers/subcontractors to get the quotations.
- Shall cross check the BOQ quantities and items against the drawings & specification to confirm no missing items and quantity discrepancies are there in the tender BOQ.
- Shall prepare the technical queries and raise to the concerned party (client/consultant) for the clarification.
- Responsible to take quantities based on the issued tender drawings and prepare the BOQ for submissions. [Depends on project/nature of tender document].
- Responsible to coordinate and follow-up with client/consultant for the pre bid meetings, joint site visit and pre-tender clarifications.
- Responsible to follow-up with the supplier / subcontractor to get the quotations.
- Shall attend the pre-bid joint site visit and prepare the site visit repost based on the inputs from the particular section.
- Shall be responsible to raise request for extension of time for tender submission based on the volume/complexity/tendering period of project.
- Shall be responsible to coordinate with the design team for the preparation and submission of Design & Build / EPC projects.
- Responsible to prepare and submit the request for taking tender bonds in coordination with finance department.
- Responsible to price the BOQ well in advance to the final submission date.
- Responsible to check the contract documents and conditions prior to the submissions.
- Responsible to verify the tender documents and find out possible VE options for alternate proposal based on the nature of project.
- Shall prepare BOQ and relevant supporting documents based on the possibilities of VE options.
- Shall attend internal Pre/Post bid meetings.
- Shall provide support/assistance to the back office team for quantity take-off and BOQ preparations.
- Shall prepare Pre & Post bid clarifications.
- Shall provide backup data to the pre-tender department upon request.
- Shall prepare the documents for the P.Q submissions.
- Shall do the online tendering procedures, uploading of tender documents and price feeding to online BOQ.
- Keeps the highest level of confidentiality regarding business and financial information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
