**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Care**:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Monitor and manage clients’ health by observing physical and mental conditions, intake and output, and exercise.
- Administer medication and assist with medical needs under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and caring environment.

**Clinical Duties**:

- Perform basic clinical tasks, such as wound care, blood pressure monitoring, glucose checks, and other health assessments as required.
- Assist with physiotherapy exercises and other rehabilitation activities.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual clients.
- Report any changes in the client’s health or behavior to healthcare professionals and update care records accordingly.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided, including daily logs and health records.
- Communicate effectively with clients’ families, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Work collaboratively with the True Care team to ensure comprehensive and continuous care for clients.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Follow all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, as well as True Care’s policies and procedures.
- Participate in regular training and development sessions to maintain clinical competencies.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:

- A diploma or degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or a related clinical field.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
- Previous experience in caregiving or nursing, particularly in a home care setting, is highly preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform basic medical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Other Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
