- Organize and conduct open houses to attract potential buyers.
- Market the listing to other agents, potential buyers, and via digital marketing channels.
- Maintain regular communication with the seller, updating them on market trends, offer statuses, and buyer feedback.
- Advise sellers on offers received, including price, contingencies, and terms, and help them make informed decisions.
- Negotiate offers from prospective buyers and work toward a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Draft and review contracts, ensuring that all legal and contractual aspects are covered.
- Advise sellers on counteroffers, inspections, appraisals, and other contractual obligations.
- Assist in coordinating home inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps to move toward closing.
- Guide sellers through the closing process, ensuring all documentation is completed.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the process (e.g., repair requests, buyer financing problems).
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
