Junior Welder

**Job Description & Skill requirements**:
To perform GTAW (ID and OD) and GMAW Auto weld overlay cladding processes ( with Lincoln Machine.

To perform PTA (plasma Transferred Arc ) Auto weld overlay Hard facing processes with Lincoln Machine.

To Perform Weld overlay on Oil well equipment parts by consistently meeting or exceeding manufacturing, safety and quality targets.

Able to setting the program to perform Auto cladding and Hard facing process on different feature profile such as Pocket, Ring Groove, ID /OD groove, small bore diameter.

Understands the Welding procedures, Drawings, Instruction to plan the job

Ability to use material handling equipment to move parts and components to and from work area. Promptly reports any operational problems or safety issues with machinery, tools or equipment’s

Ability to use basic measuring instruments, gauges and measuring techniques.

Able do the Program by using G code and M code

Welding Knowledge about Stainless steel Materials, Nickel alloys with Inconel Fillers and duplex.

Ability To perform Visual inspection and LPT on tools.

Ability to use basic measuring instruments, gauges and measuring techniques

**Education**:
Medium of Instruction English - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI.

Must have good English language Speaking.

**Work Experience**:
At least 3 years as welder TIG / MIG / PTA Welding Automated

**Salary**: From AED1.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
