HR Assistant

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR databases.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training activities.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and responding to inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations activities, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution as needed.
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the HR department as assigned.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
