**Position Overview**

The Sales Admin - Omni-Channel will play a key role in supporting the sales team across multiple sales channels (e.g., online, offline, in-store, direct sales, and partner channels). This role requires a combination of administrative, operational, and sales support skills, as well as the ability to manage sales data and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Sales Admin will help streamline processes, improve the customer experience, and contribute to achieving sales targets across all channels.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Sales Support Across Channels**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team across multiple sales channels, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
- Assist in processing sales orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges.
- Monitor and report on omni-channel sales performance, helping to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, IT, logistics) to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

2. **Order Management**:

- Oversee and support the order lifecycle from order entry to fulfillment for online and offline channels.
- Track and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or customer queries.
- Ensure that the sales data is accurate and up to date in the ZOHO or sales management systems.

3. **Customer Interaction & Service**:

- Support the sales team by handling customer inquiries and providing assistance related to product availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Address customer complaints or issues and work with appropriate teams to resolve them promptly.

4. **Sales Reporting & Analytics**:

- Assist in compiling and analyzing sales data from all channels, including online and offline stores.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to help optimize sales strategies.
- Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and assist in forecasting sales trends across channels.

5. **Coordination with Other Departments**:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and promotions across all sales channels.
- Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock levels are accurate and available for all channels.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of sales platforms.

6. **Process Improvement**:

- Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations.
- Assist in implementing new tools and systems that improve omni-channel sales performance.
- Stay updated on best practices for omni-channel retailing and sales administration.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales administration or support role.
- Experience in omni-channel sales environments (e-commerce, brick-and-mortar, direct sales).
- Familiarity with Zoho ( CRM )software, sales analytics tools, and order management systems.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, with a focus on customer experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, advance ( Data analysis, Pivot Tables ,V lookup, Filters ,IF & Formula )
- and familiarity with sales-related software (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, SAP, etc.).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
