**Civil Draftsman**

**Required: Structural & Architectural Civil Draftsman to work in a contracting company - Abu Dhabi**

**Key** **Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed structural and architectural drawings, layouts, and blueprints using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Translate sketches, specifications, and calculations provided by engineers and architects into precise technical drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and company guidelines.
- Update and maintain a library of design documents, including as-built drawings and revisions.
- Perform site visits when required to verify measurements and gather additional data.
- Maintain documentation of drawings and project specifications for future reference.
- Requirements:
**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or related field.
- Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and related Softwares.
- Strong understanding of structural and architectural design principles and construction practices.
- Ability to interpret and produce detailed drawings and plans based on rough sketches and specifications.
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working on large-scale projects, such as commercial buildings, or residential developments.
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes.
