We are seeking strong Real Estate Brokers to join our team in our executive offices located in the heart of Dubai, overlooking the world’s tallest building Burj Khalifa and direct connectivity to The Dubai Mall. Location: Emaar Square, Burj Khalifa Community, Dubai The Perks: - Generous Commission up to 70% with uncapped earning potential - Employment Visa & Comprehensive Medical Health insurance - Academy training, support from experienced real estate professionals and senior management ensuring you're ahead of the curve and to further develop your skills and expertise. - Assistance with RERA training and certification - Necessary amenities provided including Laptop, Mobile Phone & SIM Card - Opportunities for career progression within the company including advancement to managerial positions. - Attractive performance-based incentives, as part of our internal rewards programme - Opportunity to travel overseas and be a part of real estate roadshows in various global regions to engage a wider audience. - In-house podcasts, personal branding, and marketing support - Access to a wide range of off-plan projects including exclusive inventory from reputable developers. - Quality leads dispersed fairly. - Collaborative and inclusive environment that strives for excellence and celebrates success. - 30 days of annual vacation plus all UAE national holidays, Christmas Day, and New Years Day as per labour law Roles & Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to company-generated leads, inquiries, and referrals. - Present and prepare compelling presentations. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand requirements and offer tailored solutions - Negotiate terms and prices with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. - Conduct market research to identify new prospects and opportunities. - Showcase properties to clients, highlighting unique selling points and addressing any questions or concerns ethically in-line with our core values. - Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless, positive, and holistic experience. - Stay ahead of the curve and up to date on market trends, property developments, and industry regulations. - Knowledge of local demographic and economic trends. - Ensure compliance based on company guidelines and policies. - Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to turn challenges into growth opportunities. - Maintain regular communication with clients to explore future business prospects.
**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 experience in Off-plan sales / Secondary market - Proactive, can do and result driven attitude. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - Proficient in English. - Other languages such as Russian, German, French, Chinese, Hindi, Persian & will be advantageous. - Strong work ethic, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Excellent knowledge of Dubai Hills Estate - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Familiarity with CRM software, CMS and other sales progression tools - Valid UAE driver's licence - Abide by the company's code of conduct, appear presentable, well-groomed, and professional at all times.
