As a data analyst for the Meal Plans business vertical, holding the customer at the core of your efforts, your contributions will help enhance customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, elevate product performance and drive business growth.

**What You'll Do**:

- ** In brief**:

- Partner closely with business and product teams to enable data-driven decision makingExecute optimization efforts to drive engagement and maximize conversion and retention rates across Kitopi-owned properties.
- Support the data strategy to maintain and extend the current data infrastructure to enrich, synthesize, and interpret data related to customer behavior, sales performance, product improvements, and marketing effectiveness

**In detail**:

- Gather requirements from business and formulate them into well-defined analytical problem statements
- Generate and choose the right hypotheses to solve problems
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data, and cross-functional teams to identify and unlock opportunities, gather context and understanding for problem-solving
- Work with the development team, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure accurate data tracking, tagging, and instrumentationPerform statistical analyses to support experimentation, provide insights and recommendations to evaluate options, trade-offs, and set performance targets
- Assess the impact and value of initiatives through return on investment (ROI) analysis
- Monitor and track key performance metrics, such as traffic, user engagement, bounce rates, conversion rates, and revenue across digital platforms to optimize the conversion funnelBuild effective dashboards to provide visibility to operational metrics and share analytical insight

**What Are We Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics and reporting in a professional setting, preferably related to subscription business operations
- Strong technical skills in data analysis, statistics, data warehousing, aggregation frameworks, and database management. Familiarity with SQL, Python, and DBT is preferred.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.
- Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, Adjust.
- Familiarity with key marketing concepts such as attribution, funnel performance, and conversion drivers.
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and critical thinking in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
