**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:
Oversee all aspects of the typing center's operations, including document typing, printing, scanning, and related administrative tasks.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.

Monitor and maintain the quality and accuracy of typed documents to meet client expectations.
- **Team Leadership**:
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of typists and administrative staff.

Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff members to foster their professional development and ensure high performance.

Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and excellence in customer service.
- **Customer Service**:
Interact with customers to understand their requirements and provide personalized assistance and guidance.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure that customer satisfaction remains a top priority and strive to exceed their expectations at every opportunity.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Affairs**:
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and requirements governing typing services in the UAE.

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards, including document formatting, data protection, and privacy laws.

Maintain accurate records and documentation to support regulatory compliance and audit requirements.
- **Financial Management**:
Prepare and manage the typing center's budget, including revenue forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures to optimize profitability.

Coordinate billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions.

**Qualifications**:
Experience in a managerial role, preferably in a typing center or related service industry.

Strong knowledge of typing regulations and requirements in the UAE.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.

Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.

UAE residency and familiarity with local customs and business practices preferred.

*Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
