**Responsibilities**:

- Install and repair electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC equipment
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure all systems are functioning correctly
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, then develop and implement solutions
- Respond promptly to service requests and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and service requests
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including contractors and engineers
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or trade school degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrician and/or plumber
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work weekends and evenings when needed
