**Key Responsibilities**:

- Connect with our brand and potential target audience across various social networking platforms.
- Promote the hotels' products and services to our followers on social networking platforms.
- Collaborate with relevant industries and areas to post promotional content and advertisements.
- Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that work across different channels.
- Adhere to all guidelines including content calendars and engagement protocols before publishing on social media.
- Propagate genuine and authentic information with high enthusiasm.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices and incorporate them into the social media strategy.
- Monitor competitors' social media activity and adjust strategy as necessary.
- Assist with administration and operation of all LAN/WAN-related network services according to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinating and implementing network configuration and hardware upgrades.
- Troubleshooting and resolving LAN/WAN performance, connectivity and related network problems.
- Network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems.
- Work as a team member to ensure high-quality support services to end users
- Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the network
- Document network problems and resolutions for future reference

**Requirements**:

- Work experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive/Network Administrator or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build brand awareness and develop relationships with relevant people.
- A large, highly dedicated viewership across multiple channels.
- An amicable, authoritative, and culturally aware disposition.
- Demonstrate phenomenal understanding and knowledge of social media networking platforms.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Good time management abilities.
- Create engaging and visually appealing social media content (e.g., posts, stories, videos, graphics).
- Analyze social media performance and insights to inform strategy and optimize performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and network administration.
- Strong visual design skills and experience with graphic design tools (e.g., CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Video Editor).
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid social platform analytics.

**Monthly Salary and Benefits**:
