_**Arabic or can speak arabic and english fluently strongly preferred. With experience in medical center setup an advantage.**_

1. To welcome visitors to the facility and answer telephone calls; directing callers to the appropriate person or take messages as necessary.

2. To assist the team with routine administrative duties such as photocopying, shredding, typing, ordering resources, inputting data, etc.

5. To have knowledge of services and be a point of contact for families/professionals if no one else is available.

7. To maintain good working relationships with staff within the service and other external/partner agencies.

8. To work flexibly as may be required by the need of the service and carry out other reasonable duties as required.

**Salary**: From AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- receptionist / clerk: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- arabic (required)
- english (required)
