**Job Description: Purchasing Coordinator (Perfume Industry Experience)**

Overview:
As a Purchasing Coordinator in the Khadlaj perfume, your role will be to facilitate and coordinate the procurement of materials, products, and services necessary for the production and distribution of perfumes. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure the smooth flow of the purchasing process and the availability of essential resources. Your responsibilities will involve sourcing, negotiation, supplier relationship management, and inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**01. Supplier Management**:
1.1 Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting supplier audits, and assessing their capabilities and reliability.

1.2 Negotiate favourable terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, quality standards, and payment terms.

1.3 Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues, and ensuring consistent supply chain performance.

1.4 Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement measures when necessary.

**02. Sourcing and Procurement**:
2.1 Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and specifications.

2.2 Conduct market research to identify new products, materials, and suppliers, ensuring the best quality and cost-effective options.

2.3 Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and procedures.

2.4 Monitor purchase order status, expedite deliveries when required, and resolve any discrepancies or delays in delivery.

**03. Inventory Management**:
3.1 Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure optimum availability of materials and products.

3.2 Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to facilitate the smooth receipt, storage, and distribution of purchased items.

3.3 Implement inventory control measures, such as reordering points, safety stock levels, and lead time analysis.

3.4 Conduct regular stock audits, identify slow-moving and recommend appropriate actions.

**04. Documentation and Reporting**:
4.1 Prepare and maintain purchasing-related documentation, such as contracts, supplier agreements, and records of correspondence.

4.2 Generate reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, cost savings, and inventory levels.

4.3 Analyse data and provide insights to improve procurement processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance operational efficiency.

**05. Compliance and Ethics**:
5.1 Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding purchasing and supply chain management.

5.2 Uphold ethical standards in all interactions with suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1.Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. Relevant certifications can be advantageous.

2.Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination, preferably in the perfume industry or a related field.

3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
