Join Floriana, a prestigious and creative company based in Dubai, specializing in exquisite floral arrangements and luxurious chocolates. We are currently looking for a dynamic and self-driven Freelance Event Planner to expand our client base and bring magical events to life.

**Role Overview**:
As a Freelance Event Planner with Floriana, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in the event planning industry. This role is ideal for those who are highly motivated to succeed on a commission-based structure and possess the skills to secure long-term contracts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and secure new business opportunities to organize events.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events in line with client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Represent Floriana with professionalism and a commitment to quality.

**Requirements**:

- Must be based in Dubai and have your own visa.
- Access to a personal vehicle and a valid UAE driving license.
- Proven experience in event planning or related fields.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Compensation**:

- This is a commission-only position. Earn 10% commission on each 1-year contract you secure for the company.
