Junior Barman

_**Salary offered: 1,300 + commission**_
- **On-site accommodation + Staff Meal + Visa and Health Insurance + Laundry for uniforms**_
- o Check identification of customers in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
- o Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking, or ordering taxis or other transportation for intoxicated patrons.
- o Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
- o Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
- o Ensures sufficient stock.
- o Avoids excessive spoilage of beers and others alcoholic drinks.
- o Responsible in conducting inventory everyday or as necessary.
