**Position Overview**:
As an Assistant Nurse in a dental clinic, you will work closely with the dental team to provide comprehensive dental care and support to patients. Your role will involve assisting with various dental procedures, maintaining infection control measures, managing patient records, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations within the clinic. Your dedication to patient care, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will contribute to the success of the dental practice.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Patient Care and Assistance:

- Greet patients, prepare them for dental procedures, and ensure their comfort and well-being.
- Assist dentists and dental hygienists during dental treatments, including preparing and arranging necessary instruments and materials.
- Provide chair-side assistance during procedures, anticipating and addressing the needs of both the dentist and the patient.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.

Infection Control and Sterilization:

- Follow strict infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
- Maintain and monitor the inventory of dental supplies, restocking as needed.
- Adhere to proper waste disposal procedures in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

Patient Records and Documentation:

- Accurately record and update patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient records in accordance with privacy regulations.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and maintaining organized patient records.

Clinic Operations and Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the dental team to maintain efficient clinic operations.
- Work effectively with colleagues, demonstrating teamwork and professionalism.
- Stay updated on dental industry trends, advancements, and best practices through continuous learning.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Valid nursing degree/diploma and relevant certification in nursing. (**No need for DHA License**)
- Previous experience in a dental clinic or a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and the dental team.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and willingness to contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

- Dental Nursing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
