As the Fit-out & Joinery Estimator Manager, you are responsible for accurately estimating the costs associated with Fit out and joinery but with limited to loose furniture. This role involves analysing project requirements such as BOQ material assessments, evaluating production processes, evaluation and gathering market prices and preparing detailed cost estimates. The Estimator Manger plays an essential role in supporting project planning, budgeting, and decision-making processes specific to joinery and fit out projects

- Responsible for preparing and assembling bids and proposals for tenders.
- Prepare detailed estimates and BOQs for high-end interior fit-out projects, Villas and other joinery projects.
- Manage the entire tender process, including interpreting specifications, pricing tenders, and preparing contract documents within the timeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize and review the bid calendar, ensuring timely submission of bids.
- Interpreting and checking drawings, tender documents, quantities and estimates.
- Should be able to manage team of 5 members and be accountable for the procurement team.
- Approving and finding the cost sheets of the team member.
- Works with projects team to prioritize and periodically review the Bid Calendar to ensure Company is meeting its obligations to submit timely bids.
- Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project.
- Maintaining supplier / subcontractor database and consistently seek new companies to pre
- qualify for inclusion on tender list.
- Act as a connection projects team and subcontractors.
- Determine required but non indicated scope through the analysis of site conditions and all contract documents (plans specifications.)
- At times, to accompany the team for site visits, initial site inspection, client meeting and material selection.
- Coordinate with the production department to align estimation and production timelines.
- Conduct estimation and cost control activities to ensure projects stay within budget.
- Coordination and prepare communication within the projects team at all levels.
- Working together with procurement and account whenever required.
- Sound knowledge about the market related to furniture fit out and MEP.

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
