A techno-commercial IT sales role combines technical expertise with sales skills to effectively promote and sell IT products or services to businesses.

**Title: Technical Sales Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Understanding Client Needs**: Conduct thorough research to understand client requirements, challenges, and pain points in the IT domain.
- **Solution Development**: Collaborate with customer to design customized IT solutions tailored to meet client needs.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively promote IT products or services to target clients.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetings.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of IT solutions.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales deals while ensuring profitability.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Informational Technology. A technical background in IT or computer science is highly desirable.
- **Sales Experience**: Proven track record in IT sales or related fields with a strong understanding of sales techniques and methodologies.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Solid understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and articulate value propositions.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Result Orientation**: Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- **Adaptability**: Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements and market conditions.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills to address client challenges and overcome objections during the sales process.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
