ONIX ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY is looking for STRUCTURAL BIM MODELLER who can produce complete and accurate drawings for the approval/permit process, the detailing of fabrication drawings, and the erection of the building.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION (including, but not limited to)**:

- Associate of Science degree or equivalent drafting technology.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required.
- Ability to draft required structures using Revit, a 3D modeling software within a pre-determined time frame.
- Produce a set of building drawings concurrently with the Project Engineer, including anchor plans, roof plans, elevations, sections and erection details.
- Ability to produce paper and PDF project drawings for review by project Engineers for permit or as required.
- Ability to quickly and accurately correct or address red lines for accurate drawings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to read and interpret design drawings.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good English skills. Able to speak, read and understand.
