**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional administrative support to the General Manager and Sales team.
- Welcome and assist executives, employees, clients, and visitors with professionalism.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
- Maintain records and correspondence, including preparing letters, memos, and reports.
- Coordinate staff requests, including leave and travel bookings, ensuring efficient service.
- Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing supplies and maintaining organized records.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed by management.
