**الوصف الوظيفي**

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

Works with the consultants and contractors providing directions and information on specific programs and projects. Monitor the progress of Project and make sure that it does meet the planned Budget, time and scope.

Determine scope of work, prepares requests for proposals, evaluates proposals, and participates in the selection of consultants for projects.

Fulfill all reporting requirements, and maintain records concerning projects related data.

Comply with the RTA applicable QSEH rules and procedures.

Responsible for the schedule coordination, inter-RTA coordination, public relations; evaluates, recommends, and prepares contract change orders as necessary; reviews progress payments and recommends payment

authorization.

Act as the Project Manager on all construction projects, directs field inspector, and operations staff to ensure quality control.

Confer with other inter-departmental personnel and field forces representatives of other utilities, agencies, engineering firms’ contractors, and others regarding RTA service, supply, or related RTA engineering problems.

Organizing, planning, prioritizing work, and delegating responsibilities: developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the work.

Administers contracts during the course of the work to ensure compliance with proposed design, material specifications, budget, contract, and schedule.

Perform other related responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.

Implement use of new technologies, cost saving techniques/materials, improved safety procedures, and least disruptive RTA construction practices.

Develop material and equipment standards for new and existing RTA products/materials

Conduct comprehensive utility engineering planning, design and operational studies of all utilities systems.

Review and check engineering drawings, plans, computations estimates and reports for completeness accuracy, and soundness of applied engineering principles, standards and policies used by the RTA.

Prepare projects documents including project justifications, budget analyses, calculations, plans, specifications cost estimates and schedules for the assigned projects.

Review consultants submitted work products and recommends adjustments as appropriate.

Education
Bachelor degree in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.

3-7 years of working experience
Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.
Proven ability to develop quality standards, testing procedures, inspection reporting formats, and ability to
conceptualize tasks and accomplish them.
Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple
concurrent projects.
