- ** Post-Knockout Processing Oversight**: Execute post-knockout processing procedures in alignment with the production plan to ensure seamless workflow and product integrity.

- Possess a robust understanding of steel casting heat treatment processes, ensuring optimal product performance.
- Proven track record in effectively handling manpower, with a proactive attitude towards task completion aligned with production plans.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, essential for clear coordination and comprehensive report writing.
- Proficient in welding techniques and fettling processes, coupled with a sound understanding of associated equipment and machinery.
