**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing Support**:

- Assist in the creation, implementation, and management of digital marketing

and PPC.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer

preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that drive

engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using

analytics tools.
- Help maintain and update the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for

SEO and user experience.

**E-Commerce Marketing**:

- Support the development and execution of e-commerce marketing strategies

to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Assist in creating and managing product listings, ensuring accurate

descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals and content

for e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing insights and

recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in managing online promotions, discounts, and sales events.

Initial E-Commerce Sales:

- Provide initial customer support for e-commerce sales inquiries, ensuring a

positive customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the e-commerce sales process and improve

customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms e.g., Shopify
- Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,

Google Adwords, Google tag Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and e-commerce.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
