We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join Organon as the Bone and Pain Brand Lead for the MENAT (Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey) region.

As the Brand Lead, you will be responsible for leading the marketing planning, implementation, and tracking of our Bone and Pain franchise while ensuring alignment with global and MENAT strategic objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving team motivation and alignment, and leading MENAT-wide efforts to ensure strong planning and execution of our franchise strategy. Additionally, you will represent MENAT at the global franchise team level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead marketing planning, manage implementation and tracking while ensuring alignment with global & MENAT strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross function teams during creation, execution & tracking of franchise business plan with patients, customers & stakeholders in focus.
- Lead forecasting & analytics supporting financial planning while ensuring profitable growth.
- Drive team motivation & alignment around franchise strategy.
- Lead MENAT wide efforts towards teams training & readiness ensuring strong planning & execution of franchise strategy.
- Lead multichannel execution capitalizing on diverse digital channels.
- Monitor competition, market dynamics & industry changes that may affect the plan & adapt accordingly.
- Integrates multi-channel marketing approach.
- Lead MENAT launch planning & portfolio selling strategies, while ensuring alignment with global franchise strategy.
- Represent MENAT at global franchise team level, leading activities including but not limited to, business cases for launches.
- Manage & track promotional budget efficiently, to maximize impact & ROI.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required** -**
- 3 year or more of marketing experience, if external applicant then 5 years plus of marketing experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong interpersonal, communication & conflict management skills.
- Strong skills in strategic planning.
- Strong analytical skills & data driven mindset.
- Planning and project Management skills.
- Excellent at problem solving, and teamwork.
- Creative & multiple task oriented.
- Strong experience with digital & multichannel marketing.
