Transportation Manager

Presently, we are in search of a dedicated and hands-on Transportation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury transportation services in Dubai. You will play a critical role in coordinating transportation operations, managing a team of drivers, and ensuring that our clients experience seamless and exceptional journeys.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and coordinate transportation services for clients, including airport transfers, city tours, and other travel requirements.
- Supervise and manage a team of chauffeur drivers, ensuring they adhere to company standards, including appearance, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of the vehicle fleet to ensure they are in excellent condition and comply with safety regulations
- Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding transportation-related inquiries, concerns, or special requests.
- Ensure that all transportation services meet or exceed the company's quality and luxury standards.
- Implement efficient transportation routes to minimize travel time and enhance client satisfaction.
- Monitor transportation-related expenses and assist in budget planning to maximize cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols for unforeseen transportation issues or disruptions.
- **Maintenance Scheduling**: Maintain a comprehensive record of vehicle service history; develop, plan, and schedule routine and preventive maintenance for vehicles; monitor and address any immediate repair needs that may arise.
- **Documentation** **Management**: Maintain accurate records of vehicle renewals (including registration and licenses); keep track of RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) passing services and requirements; monitor and manage vehicle insurance policies, ensuring all vehicles are adequately covered; ensure proper documentation is readily available and up-to-date for regulatory compliance.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in transportation manager or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's road network and traffic regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using transportation management software and tracking tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of luxury transportation services is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
