**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Promotion**:

- Actively promote and sell skincare products to customers.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Participate in promotional events and product launches.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide personalized skincare consultations to customers.
- Assess customers' skin concerns and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product usage and benefits effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest skincare products and trends.
- Attend training sessions to stay informed about new product launches and skincare innovations.
- Educate customers on product ingredients, usage, and benefits.
- **Merchandising**:

- Ensure the skincare section is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Assist in the setup of promotional displays and ensure products are correctly priced.
- **Reporting and Feedback**:

- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, in the skincare or beauty industry.
- Experience working in a pharmacy

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification or training in skincare or cosmetology is preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
