We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse facility. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized working environment. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a crucial role in optimizing warehouse processes to meet company objectives and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Team Supervision:
Lead and supervise warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to warehouse staff, ensuring an equitable distribution of workload.

Motivate and support the team to achieve daily targets and maintain a high level of productivity.

Inventory Management:
Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.

Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to track stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and warehouse activities.

Warehouse Operations:
Plan and organize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and optimize workflow.

Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, production) to ensure seamless operations.

Enforce adherence to safety protocols and warehouse best practices to maintain a safe working environment.

Quality Control:
Ensure that products are handled, stored, and shipped in accordance with company quality standards.

Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to verify compliance with specifications.

Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and efficiency.

Prepare documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory for record-keeping and audit purposes.

Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the warehouse.

Collaborate with the warehouse management team to implement process enhancements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure that all warehouse personnel adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.

Conduct regular safety training sessions and address any safety concerns promptly.

**Requirements**:
Bachelors / Master’s degree on the same stream; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Physical stamina to handle the demands of a warehouse environment, including lifting and moving heavy objects.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
