Position Overview:
As an Outdoor Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to actively seek out and engage prospective customers in outdoor settings. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, establishing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented approach, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and approach potential customers in outdoor locations, such as business districts, events, and public spaces.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other proactive methods.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
- Clearly and effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Conduct compelling and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of the company's offerings.
- Address customer concerns and objections effectively.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to secure sales agreements.
- Close deals and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any post-sales inquiries or issues.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Use market intelligence to tailor sales strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to sales forecasting.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in outdoor sales or a related field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with relevant sales tools and CRM software.
