**ADMIN COMPLIANCE AND SUSTAINABILITY GCC**:

- Dubai, United Arab Emirates**YOUR MISSION**:
**Compliance**:

- Support the Manager Legal & Compliance in the expansion and ongoing development of compliance programs for the GCC.
- Manages information flow by researching, recording and analysing data and information.
- Participation in the creation and implementation of global and local company policies, concepts, guidelines, regulations, instructions & audits.
- Prepare presentations for training internal stakeholders and employees so that they are informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines.
- Compliance housekeeping in reference to social compliance programs, contract management, control assessments & risk management.
- Support in conducting regular risk and impact assessments to determine whether policies are being adhered to especially for defined risk areas.
- Understand business objectives and support in establishing risk mitigating actions with business leaders.
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks
- Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries.
- Assist in developing data protection compliance programs and systems.

**Sustainability**:

- Support sustainability initiatives and projects designed by the Company and its sustainability partners
- Arrange, implement, follow up and prepare reports on the annual sustainability campaigns of the company audits
- Assist on audits, identify progress and gaps and update reports on the regional database.

**YOUR TALENT**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management or a related field

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years’ proven experience in a compliance role.

**Capabilities**:

- Analytical and Critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Independent and autonomous
- Legal and moral integrity
- Team-Player
- Good knowledge of the Company and the relevant market
- Knowledge of legal requirements and procedures
