As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities. Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Academic Guidance: Assist students in selecting appropriate courses, majors, and academic paths in line with their career objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries in a timely manner.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.

Negotiation and Closing: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Close sales and achieve revenue goals within specified timeframes.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information. Prepare regular reports on sales performance.

Student Support: Identify and address students' academic and personal challenges, and provide appropriate support and resources to help them succeed.

Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct workshops and seminars on academic and career-related topics.

Collaboration: Collaborate with academic advisors, faculty, and other departments to enhance the overall student experience.

Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with changes in educational and career trends in the cybersecurity field to provide relevant guidance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, psychology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Prior experience in academic counseling or student advisement in an educational institution.

Knowledge of the educational system in the UAE is advantageous.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to empathize with students.

Familiarity with cybersecurity and ethical hacking concepts is a bonus but not mandatory.

A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical counseling standards.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
