We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Holiday Homes Admin to join our dynamic team.

**Job Overview**:
The Holiday Homes Admin will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks related to our holiday homes. This includes handling bookings, communicating with guests, coordinating with maintenance and cleaning teams, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from reservation to check-out.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bookings Management**: Handle inquiries, process bookings, and update reservation systems.
- **Guest Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, responding to inquiries promptly and providing pre-arrival information, check-in instructions, and support during their stay.
- **Property Coordination**: Work closely with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure properties are in excellent condition and ready for guest arrivals.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage the inventory of household items and supplies in each property.
- **Financial Tasks**: Assist in processing payments, refunds, and preparing invoices.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest interactions, and property maintenance.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all properties comply with local regulations and safety standards.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any issues or complaints from guests efficiently and professionally.
- **Marketing Support**: Assist in updating property listings and promotions on various platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate, holiday homes industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with booking management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of local tourism and hospitality trends is a plus.
