We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Shadow Teacher to join our team and provide one-on-one assistance to a special needs child.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide individualized support and assistance to a special needs child in an educational setting, and other learning environments.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the child's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Assist the child in navigating classroom routines, tasks, and assignments, ensuring their active participation and engagement.
- Monitor and document the child's progress, behaviors, and challenges, and provide regular updates.
- Support the child's sensory needs, communication skills, and social interactions within the educational setting.
- Foster independence and self-advocacy skills in the child, empowering them to participate fully in their educational journey.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents, sharing insights and progress to ensure a collaborative approach to the child's education.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Years Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (relevant certifications will be considered).
- 2 years minimum experience in Shadow Teaching a Special Needs Child.
- Experience working with special needs children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, or developmental delays.
- Knowledge of evidence-based teaching strategies, behavior management techniques, and individualized education planning.
- Ability to adapt instructional methods and materials to meet the unique needs and learning styles of the child.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with the child, their family, and other professionals.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
