**Responsibilities**
- Underwriting and managing FGA department
- Studying various insurance proposals, gathering, and assessing background information.
- Properly sharing the complete available proposal with the suitable insurers.
- Timely arranging of quotations, cover notes, policies and endorsements.
- Analyze risks and decide whether the which insurance company will offer coverage.
- Monitoring that renewal notices should be issued in a timely manner.
- Retain maximum renewal.
- Keeping detailed and accurate records of policies underwritten and decisions made.
- To ensure subsequent follow-up & reminder.
- Calculating possible risk and deciding how much individuals or organizations should Pay for insurance (the premium).
- Ensuring that premiums are competitive.
- Liaising with the clients to clarify their queries.
- Negotiating terms with policyholders.
- Efficient co-ordination with other departments and providing services to clients.
- Handling the portals of the retail products, like as Home, SME packages, Marine, etc..
- Liaising with specialists, such as surveyors for risk assessment.
- Screening the documents for the compliance purpose.
- Make ensuring, after receiving the documents like DN, CN, Policies from Insurance Companies will be entered in our Practora software.
- To analyze and ensure processing of all claims as per insurance companies’ policy.
- Correspondence and follow up with Insured, Loss Adjusters, Insurance Cos., Repair Agency, Third party Insurers etc.
**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
