**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items under the guidance of experienced bakers.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure efficient workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of baking techniques and equipment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Food handling and safety certifications preferred.
