**Job Title: Travel Coordinator**
**Location**: Jebel Ali
**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, and rental vehicles for employees and executives.
- **Itinerary Planning**: Develop detailed travel itineraries for employees and executives, ensuring all schedules align with business objectives and preferences.
- **Expense Management**: Monitor travel expenses and ensure adherence to company travel policies and budget constraints. Process expense reports and reconcile discrepancies as necessary.
- **Vendor Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors, negotiating favorable rates and terms to optimize travel spending.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and health advisories to ensure compliance with international travel laws. Prepare and maintain accurate travel documentation and records.
- **Emergency Assistance**: Provide support and assistance to travelers in case of emergencies, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- **Travel Policy Development**: Assist in the development and implementation of company travel policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for travel-related inquiries and provide timely and courteous assistance to employees and executives.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a travel coordination or logistics role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in travel booking platforms and software (e.g., Concur, Expedia, Sabre).
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with international travel regulations and documentation requirements.
- Proven ability to negotiate with travel vendors and secure competitive rates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
