**And that’s why we’re hiring a brilliant Graphic Designer for our social media content and marketing campaigns, eager to express their creativity for Paradox’s social media whilst building the world’s largest community of ambitious people**:

- Strong understanding of graphic design, identity design, and branding
- Able to quickly and sustainably create high-quality content.
- Deep understanding of the subtleties and continuous updates of each platform trends in terms of design
- Passionate with a strong desire to generate awe, reaction and emotion.
- Marketing driven: You want to have an impact and generate conversions. You’re familiar with the basics of human psychology and user behavior on social media.

This is a full-time position, carried out from the comfort of your living room (or wherever you want) or from our amazing offices in Paris, Dubai or Barcelona.

**The challenge is that some people experience learning as boring, too hard, or on the contrary : for losers.**
Yeah, we all experienced that boring teacher or stumble on this video with unsubstantiated/crazy theories

It needs to change

So we travel the world with learning designers, and researchers and surround ourselves with top entrepreneurs ( Richard Branson, Marc Simoncini, Fred Mazzella ), top athletes (Mike Horn, Frank Leboeuf), artists (Gad Elmaleh, Barry Osborne, producer of Lord of the Rings and Matrix)... to reverse engineer their strategies.

**️Our ambition is to make our trainings and coaching as attractive as watching Netflix and to make success the only option for our clients. (whatever success means for them)**

So far, this approach has paid off and has enabled us to exceed 2 million followers on social networks, and to organize online events and training courses attended by thousands of people.

But we wanted more, so we created 2 new brands with international ambitions.

**Your 4 main missions**:
**1) Create outstanding content for Paradox’s social media accounts on a daily-basis**:

- ** Create modern and badass visual content** (Instagram carousels, images, Instagram video thumbnails, YouTube video thumbnails among others) that makes people say “WOW” and that illustrates the message we strive to share with our audience on our social networks.
- ** Create content in tune with our graphic charter and that creates coherence and harmony across all our social media accounts.** Whether it’s on Instagram, Linkedin or Facebook, we want people to say “_Oh, this is for sure a piece of content from Paradox._”
- ** Create engaging content **that makes people want to react and share it with others
- ** Proactively identify emerging design trends**, and contribute to robust internal creative conversations

**2) Create world-class “stop-scroll” social media ads content**:

- Create social media ads content (Instagram stories ads, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads ) that generate a strong will for our audience to stop what they’re doing to take action
