**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures to ensure software quality.
- Identify and document software defects and issues.
- Collaborate with software developers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve software quality.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in software testing.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Ability to identify, isolate, and track software defects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG (preferred).
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# (preferred).
- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
